MRU is a new web site, currently in Beta, dedicated to providing the rental housing owner and manager the best information and resources available 7x24 on the Internet.  We want to be your rental housing and property management coach:  there to answer your property management or leasing questions, to motivate you to adopt new, efficient and effective property management tools, and to inspire you to reach and exceed your business and financial goals. 

We accomplish this by providing www.MyRentalUnits.com subscribers:

  • Best practice property management advice written exclusively for MRU by attorney and veteran property owner and manager Merrie Turner Lightner;
  • Links to high quality information sites;
  • Meaningful reviews of property management products and services;
  • Proven property management tools, practice tips and ideas; and

MRU provides quick access to everything needed to make your property management and rental housing business run efficiently and smoothly! WE SEARCH THE INTERNET for the best in property management news, information and tools and bring it together for you in one easy to access location.

Where should I begin?  We recommend you begin at the My Centers portal, or the Lifecycle of a Tenancy.

 

We save you time and in turn, save you money.  And our Basic Membership is currently FREE! Our upgraded paid subscriptions levels should be launched in 2010; but members who register for our basic service now will be provided our basic membership at no cost through at least December 31, 2010.

And remember, our basic membership is currently free and no credit card is required for registration. For all users who register before December 31, 2009, the service will remain FREE through at least December 31, 2010 (after the promotional period, we anticipate a small annual service charge will apply).  For all users who register before September 30, 2009, the service will remain FREE through December 31, 2011 (again, after the promotional period, we anticipate a small annual service charge will apply).

The MRU preferred membership and our professional membership, which will both launch in 2010, will be reasonably priced and offer additional tools and information to MRU Preferred Members and Professional level members.  For now, access to the entire site is provided at no cost to registered members.
