I'm a broker and I'm managing a property for my neighbor. I've always managed my own properties and of course retain the deposit myself. When managing for an owner I think I should have possession of the funds. When I rented it for the 1st time I gave the funds to the owner. Now I've rented it again and want to know if I should keep it or pass it on to the owner
