Did you promise yourself that this coming year you would get more organized, so that your Resident Managers would feel less frenzied?

One thing I suggest you do is set up an inspection schedule for the year. You should develop a monthly, quarterly, and annual inspection program. Buildings should be inspected daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Units should be inspected annually, at minimum, and upon turnover.
