Today’s prospective residents are looking for good value. They want apartments that are clean, well maintained and have updated features. That is where repositioning comes in. While prospective tenants may be budget-conscious, they are not willing to settle for an apartment with worn out carpeting or obsolete appliances. When you update or improve your units, you are repositioning the building to cater to today’s residents.
