Phising Scams - What are they?

For scams I would like to comment that Pop-up ads need to be avoided and blocked to all extents possible because many scammers try to invade in to your personal details like passwords, credit card details and bank account details using these pop-up ads.

I really would like to be able to get the scammers on their own games. Just to get them out of pocket from a few hundred $. This might be a way to discourage this kind of activity.
