Each week we will review a new product or service that we feel is worthy of mention or is commonly known, but you may not have the time to try. Our perspective will be as a property manager. The product may be great for someone else, but if it doesn’t work for property management, we’ll tell you.

SERVICE, customer service that is, has taken a back seat for a long time. However, gone are the days when prospective tenants will not know about the ethics, standards and customer service each property mangement company holds true. With yelp.com and the like, all ages are stating their opinions about the properties they live in and even though some of the comments may seem a bit extreme, a prospect will weigh the odds and if the negatives outnumber the positives, business will most likely be lost.
